There are several reasons for this problem:

1. Browser used

If you accessed our website using the link in our TikTok account, this could be the cause. To fix this, go to your default browser and type: www.dreamsworld.fr, then try the payment again, as your shopping cart is saved on the website if you created an account later.

2. Internet connection

Check your internet connection. An unstable connection could cause a payment error.

3. Your bank account balance

If the payment used does not have the necessary amount, it will fail until the amount is correct.

4. Incorrect data

Check that all the data entered before or during payment is correct: postal code, bank details, PIN, etc.

5. Other

Technology isn't perfect, and the website may make errors when editing your cart, changing pages, or otherwise. Try closing the website and returning to it.

On the computer , at the home page, click on the man at the top right of your screen (between the magnifying glass and the basket).

When you are in this login page, interact with the " Register " button below the blue "Login" button. You will have to put the requested information and a password that you should never share with anyone.

You will be able to use the "Login" button the next time you log in because your account will finally be created!
