Payment failed, what should I do?
There are several reasons for this problem:
1. Browser used
If you accessed our website using the link in your TikTok account, this could be the cause. To fix this, go to your default browser and type: www.dreamsworld.fr, then try your payment again, as your shopping cart is saved on the website if you created an account later.
2. Internet connection
Check your internet connection. An unstable connection could cause a payment error.
3. Your bank account balance
If the payment used does not have the necessary amount, it will fail until the amount is correct.
4. Incorrect data
Check that all the data entered before or during payment is correct: postal code, bank details, PIN, etc.
5. Other
Technology isn't perfect; the website may make errors when editing your cart, changing pages, or otherwise. Try closing the website and returning to it.
It's also possible that the device used for payment is defective, old, or outdated. Try using another electronic device: a computer, tablet, phone, etc.

How to create an account?
It is very easy to create an account on our website but where you create it depends on whether you are using a mobile phone or a computer.
On your mobile phone , at the home page, interact with the three bars at the top left of your screen (next to the magnifying glass and the logo). When this is done, a page will open and at the very bottom of it, tap on " My Account ".
On the computer , at the home page, click on the man at the top right of your screen (between the magnifying glass and the basket).
When you are in this login page, interact with the " Register " button below the blue "Login" button. You will have to put the requested information and a password that you should never share with anyone.
You will be able to use the "Login" button the next time you log in because your account will finally be created!
How long will it take to receive my order?
